If you would like to receive an invoice for an order you placed with a corporate card in the online store:

• Specify your desire to receive an invoice on the "Cart Page" in the additional comments field and then proceed to the payment page.
• On the payment page, enter the company identification code in the appropriate field.
• Upon request, the invoice will be sent to the email address specified in the online order.
