Return or Exchange
1.1. The terms of return of the purchased item allow the customer to return or exchange it within 5 calendar days.

2.1. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please inform us in advance;

2.2. Before returning or exchanging, you must inform aromaco of the item's identification data, order number, order date, order receipt date, and reason for return (it may be necessary to upload a photo of the item and payment document and send it to the official โ€œAromacoโ€ Facebook messenger or to the e-mail address: info@aromaco.ge);

2.3. The customer can return or exchange the item within 5 calendar days of receiving the product;

2.4. If any changes are observed in the purchased product or accompanying items or documents, aromaco reserves the right to question its authenticity and, accordingly, suspend the return procedure until the investigation is carried out, which may last no more than 10 business days. Based on the results of the investigation, aromaco is authorized to either continue or terminate the procedure for returning or exchanging the purchased product;

2.5. During the return and exchange, the customer shall provide transportation;

2.6. When returning the product, it must be accompanied by all accompanying items and documents provided at the time of purchase (delivery note, payment confirmation document, box, etc.);

2.7. The product may be returned or exchanged in accordance with these rules if:

2.7.1. The product does not comply with the order or the technical specifications posted on the website;

2.7.2. The product has a factory defect;

2.7.3. The product was damaged during transportation;

2.7.4. The agreed delivery time was violated by aromaco;

How many days is it possible to return an item
If you wish to return a product, you must submit a request within 5 days of receiving the product.

Procedure for refund
If you wish to return a product, it is necessary to include all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase, if any. Technical passport, other documents accompanying the item, undamaged box of the item, accessories, etc. The return cost is borne by the buyer.

How many days will the product be returned
In Tbilisi, the item will be returned within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of application

In the case of large and small regions, the item will be returned within 5 working days from the date of application. In the case of high-mountainous regions, 7-10 working days.

A company representative will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your application regarding the return procedure.

Refund
Aromaco.ge will notify you of the status of the return/refund of the product within 48 hours of returning the item.

In case of a factory defect, you will be informed of the decision on the refund or replacement of the item within 5 days.

Refund is possible only by non-cash payment, by crediting the customer's card account with which the item was purchased.
