If you would like to receive an invoice for an order you placed with a corporate card in the online store:

Specify your desire to receive an invoice on the "Cart Page" in the additional comments field and then proceed to the payment page.
On the payment page, enter the company identification code in the appropriate field.
Upon request, the invoice will be sent to the email address specified in the online order.
